Elvin Rodríguez
Elvin Miguel Rodríguez (born March 31, 1998) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher in the Tampa Bay Rays organization. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Detroit Tigers. He made his MLB debut in 2022. Career Los Angeles Angels Rodríguez signed with the Los Angeles Angels as an international free agent on July 4, 2014. He spent his professional debut season of 2015 with the DSL Angels, going 0–6 with a 4.59 over 51 innings. He split the 2016 season between the DSL and the AZL Angels, going a combined 4–2 with a 1.53 ERA over innings. He split the 2017 season between the Orem Owlz and the Burlington Bees, going a combined 5–3 with a 2.91 ERA over 68 innings. He was named the Pioneer League Pitcher of the Year. Toledo Mud Hens
The Toledo Mud Hens are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. They are located in Toledo, Ohio, and play their home games at Fifth Third Field. A Mud Hens team has played in Toledo for most seasons since 1896, including a 50-year history as a member of the now defunct American Association. The current franchise was established in 1965. They joined Triple-A East in 2021, but this was renamed the International League in 2022. Background Professional baseball had been played off and on in Toledo since 1883, and the Mud Hens era began in 1896 with the "Swamp Angels", who played in the Interstate League. Burlington Bees
The Burlington Bees are a collegiate summer baseball team of the Prospect League. They are located in Burlington, Iowa, and have played their home games at Community Field since 1947. Founded in 1889, the Bees played in Minor League Baseball's Midwest League from 1962 to 2020. With Major League Baseball's reorganization of the minor leagues after the 2020 season, Burlington was not selected to continue in affiliated baseball. The Lakeland Flying Tigers are a Minor League Baseball team of the Florida State League and the Single-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. They are located in Lakeland, Florida, and play their home games at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium.
