Elliot Steel
Elliot Steel is a British stand-up comedian and comedy writer. Biography Steel started performing stand-up at age 16 and performed at Latitude and Reading Festivals in 2013. Steel has performed several stand-up comedy shows at the Edinburgh Fringe since 2015. He has also performed sets at the Comedy Store in London, Hot Water Comedy Club, Top Secret Comedy Club and others. He has appeared on Comedy Central's ''Roast Battle'' and voiced Ashley on BBC Radio 4's programme ''Unite'' with his father, Mark Steel. He co-wrote ''Unite'' with Ivo Graham, Mark Steel and Barry Castagnola. Steel has appeared on BBC Radio 1’s Comedy Lounge and BBC Radio 4. Latitude Festival
The Latitude Festival is an annual music festival that takes place in Henham Park, near Southwold, Suffolk, England. It was first held in July 2006 and has been held every year since, apart from 2020, when it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, the festival went ahead as part of the government's live event pilot scheme, and was the UK's first full-capacity festival since 2019. The festival presents musicians, bands and artists across four stages - the Obelisk Arena, the BBC Sounds Stage, the Sunrise Arena and the Alcove. The festival also includes theatre, art, comedy, cabaret, poetry, politics, dance and literature. The festival is run by Festival Republic (formerly the Mean Fiddler Group), which also runs the Reading and Leeds festivals. Reading And Leeds Festivals
The Reading and Leeds Festivals are a pair of annual music festivals that take place in Reading and Leeds in England. The events take place simultaneously on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the August bank holiday weekend. The Reading Festival is held at Little John's Farm on Richfield Avenue in central Reading, near Caversham Bridge. The Leeds event is held in Bramham Park, near Wetherby, the grounds of a historic house.
