Elio Leoni Sceti is an Italian businessman and an investor in early-stage companies. He is co-founder of The Craftory, an investment group for challenger brands in the consumer products space. He is chairman of LSG Holdings and a non-executive board member of beverage and brewing multinational Anheuser-Busch InBev. He is a former CEO of Iglo, Iglo Group and former director of Nomad Foods. Food loss and waste is food that is not eaten. The causes of food waste or loss are numerous and occur throughout the food system, during production, processing, distribution, retail and food service sales, and consumption.
