Elin Lanto
Elin Lanto (born 22 July 1984) is a Swedish singer who has had several hits in her Sweden, home country, including the number one "I Won't Cry." Lanto came to further prominence after her performance of her song "Money (Elin Lanto song), Money" in Melodifestivalen 2007. She also took part in Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, Melodifestivalen 2010 with "Doctor Doctor". In 2009, Lanto made her US debut by releasing the single "Discotheque" on the American iTunes Store, also featuring a new remix by Jonas von de Burg. On 1 March 2009 "Discotheque" was featured on Showtime (TV network), Showtime's ''The L Word''. Early career Lanto, from Enköping, signed as a vocalist with the Swedish Independent music, indie Rodeo Records in 2001, while still in high school. In 2004 she became an overnight success in Sweden when her debut single, ''I Won't Cry'', topped the Record chart, chart on 22 October. Rockbjörnen
Rockbjörnen (Swedish: ''the Rock Bear'') is a music prize in Sweden, divided into several categories, which is awarded annually by the newspaper ''Aftonbladet''. The prize was first awarded in 1979, and is mostly centered on pop and rock. In 2010, Rockbjörnen was redone and focused more on live performances. This initiative was hailed by artists and industry. The period for selecting the winners of Rockbjörnen was extended from one month to three months (all summer). Amy Linnéa Deasismont (born 15 April 1992), previously known under the stage name Amy Diamond, is a Swedish singer. She is known for her single "What's in It for Me". The song was a 2005 hit in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. It was the most-played song in Poland that year; it remained in the top ten for four months. She has released six studio albums and performed on television as a singer, actress and hostess.
