Elijah Childs
Elijah Childs (born January 10, 1999) is an American professional basketball player for MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg of the Basketball Bundesliga and the Basketball Champions League (BCL). He played college basketball for the Bradley Braves. Early life and high school career Growing up, Childs focused on football and baseball. He did not begin playing basketball until eighth grade, when friends recommended he try out as he was already 6'5". Childs attended Raytown South High School before transferring to Lee's Summit West High School. As a junior, he averaged 19 points and 12 rebounds per game, earning All-Conference and All-State recognition. During his senior season, Childs averaged 14.2 points and 10.7 rebounds per game. 2017–18 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Season
The 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season began on November 10, 2017. The first tournament was the 2K Sports Classic and the season ended with the Final Four in San Antonio on April 2, 2018. Practices officially began on September 29, 2017. Serie A2, known for sponsorship reasons as Serie A2 Old Wild West, is a men's basketball league in Italy. It constitutes the second-tier of the Italian league pyramid, below the first division LBA and above the third division Serie B, with promotion/relegation occurring between these leagues. It is run by the Lega Nazionale Pallacanestro (LNP), itself regulated by the FIP, the Italian federation. The Bradley Braves are the intercollegiate athletics teams of Bradley University, located in Peoria, Illinois, United States. The Braves' athletic program is a member of the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) and competes at the NCAA Division I level.
