Elena Kuchinskaya-Andreeva
Elena Kuchinskaya-Andreeva (born 11 December 1984) is a Russian former racing cyclist. She participated between 2005 and 2014 at the UCI Road World Championships. In 2007 Kuchinskaya was suspended for two years after she failed a drug test for furosemide doping. Taganrog ( rus, Таганрог, p=təɡɐnˈrok) is a port city in Rostov Oblast, Russia, on the north shore of the Taganrog Bay in the Sea of Azov, several kilometers west of the mouth of the Don River.
