Elegant Stealth
''Elegant Stealth'' is the twenty-first studio album from rock band Wishbone Ash and the culmination of 2 years of writing and recording sessions. The songs featured on the band's 2012 tour of Europe. The album features guest artists Don Airey ( Deep Purple / Ozzy Osbourne / Black Sabbath) and Pat McManus (Mama's Boys / Celtus / Pat McManus Band). All songs were recorded at Cross Stix Studios, Lancashire, UK on AMS Neve genesys by Tom Greenwood except for "Reason to Believe" and "Man with No Name" which were recorded by Stephan Ernst (also at Cross Stix). Both of these recordings were mixed at Separate Sounds Studios in Nuremberg, Germany. Wishbone Ash
Wishbone Ash are a British rock band who achieved success in the early and mid-1970s. Their popular albums included ''Wishbone Ash'' (1970), ''Pilgrimage'' (1971), '' Argus'' (1972), ''Wishbone Four'' (1973), ''There's the Rub'' (1974), and ''New England'' (1976). Wishbone Ash are noted for their extensive use of harmony twin lead guitars, which had been attracting electric blues bands since Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page had played together in the Yardbirds in 1966. Black Sabbath
Black Sabbath were an English rock music, rock band formed in Birmingham in 1968 by guitarist Tony Iommi, drummer Bill Ward (musician), Bill Ward, bassist Geezer Butler and vocalist Ozzy Osbourne. They are often cited as pioneers of heavy metal music. Joe Crabtree
Joe Crabtree (born 21 September 1979) is an English rock drummer. He is a former member of Wishbone Ash and is also known for his work with Pendragon (band), Pendragon and the David Cross (musician)#David Cross Band, David Cross Band. Early life The son of Mark Crabtree of Burnley-based professional audio equipment manufacturer AMS Neve, Joe lived in nearby Read, Lancashire, Read and was educated at Clitheroe Royal Grammar School. Crabtree began his drumming career at age 11 studying with a local self-taught drummer, Harry Hindle. It was while studying with Hindle that Crabtree was first introduced to the drumming of Dave Weckl via his instructional video ''The Next Step''. Mama's Boys
Mama's Boys were a 1980s hard rock/ heavy metal group from County Fermanagh in Northern Ireland. The band includes the three McManus brothers Pat, a.k.a. "The Professor", (guitar, fiddle), John (bass, vocals), and Tommy (drums). Later in their career they became a four-piece, adding Rick Chase on vocals in 1986, who in turn was replaced by Keith Murrell in 1987 due to Rick's ill-health. Ozzy Osbourne
John Michael "Ozzy" Osbourne (born 3 December 1948) is an English singer, songwriter, and television personality. Don Airey
Donald Smith Airey (born 21 June 1948) is an English musician who has been the keyboardist in the rock band Deep Purple since 2002, after the retirement of Jon Lord. He has had a long and productive career, playing with such acts as Gary Moore, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Jethro Tull, Whitesnake, Saxon, Wishbone Ash, Colosseum II, Ten, Sinner, Michael Schenker, Rainbow, Empire, Brian May, Divlje jagode and Living Loud.
