Electroclub
Electroclub (russian: Электроклуб) is a Soviet and Russian electropop group founded in 1986. History Group "Electroclub" was active from 1985 till 1993. Musical director — Vladimir Dubovitskiy. Composer — David Tukhmanov. Group was founded and based on "Flames of Moscow" (russian: Огни Москвы "Ogni Moskvy") Oscar Feltsman with musician Irina Allegrova, who has musical experience. In 1986 from Ludmila Senchina's group has come singer and composer Igor Talkov. He was the ideologist of the group and the author of musical concept. The main song he had popular success with was "Clean Pounds" (russian: Чистые пруды "Chistye Prudy"). David Tukhmanov
David Fyodorovich Tukhmanov PAR (russian: Дави́д Фёдорович Тухма́нов, was born on July 20, 1940, in Moscow, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union) is a Soviet and Russian composer. People's Artist of Russia (2000), State Prize of Russian Federation (2003, 2019). Biography Tukhmanov is a son of an Armenian engineer Fyodor Davidovich Tukhmanov and a Russian music teacher Vera Anatolyevna Karasyova. The Tukhmanovs are the descendants of the Armenian princely house of Tumanyans, the offspring of the princes Mamikonians, Lords of Dsegh. David began to learn music under the direction of his mother at an early age and wrote his first piece of music (''Lezginka''), when he was four years old. Then he finished Gnesins musical school (1958) and composer's branch of Gnesins Musical College (1963). Viktor Saltykov
Viktor Vladimirovich Saltykov (russian: link=no, Ви́ктор Влади́мирович Салтыко́в, ; born November 22, 1957, Leningrad) is a Soviet and Russian singer. He is known as a solo artist, as well as the singer with the bands , Forum and Electroclub. Biography In 1977–1979, while serving in the Soviet Army in the German Democratic Republic (Group of Soviet Forces in Germany), Saltykov played and sang in an army band. After the army he enrolled into the Petersburg State Transport University, graduating in 1985 with a degree in electrical engineering. In 1983, Viktor Saltykov with the rock band Manufaktura took part in the first Leningrad Rock Festival and won the Grand Prix of the festival as the best singer. He moved to the Forum group in 1984. It is with Forum that Viktor performed his most famous songs (White Night, You Marry Him Do Not Go, Uleteli listya). In 1987, Saltykov joined the Electroclub group. Irina Saltykova
Irina Ivanovna Saltykova (''née'' Sapronova, russian: Ирина Ивановна Салтыкова (Сапронова), , born 5 May 1966) is a Russian pop singer and a former member of the music group Mirage, which was popular in Russia in the 1990s. She released six albums and four singles. Saltykova also did some acting, particularly in the film ''Brother 2''. In June 2000, Saltykova was featured in Russian ''Playboy''. Life Irina Ivanovna Sapronova was born in the city of Donskoy, Tula Oblast, in the then Soviet Union. During school years she successfully engaged in artistic gymnastics. Sapronova also attended cutting, sewing and knitting classes. In 1985, she graduated from the Civil Engineering College, and in 1990, from the Moscow Civil Engineering Institute. Kupe (band)
Kupe was a legendary Polynesians, Polynesian explorer who, according to Māori history, Māori oral history, was the first person to discover New Zealand. It is likely that Kupe existed historically, but this is difficult to confirm. He is generally held to have been born to a father from Rarotonga and a mother from Raiatea, and probably spoke a Māori language, Māori proto-language similar to Cook Islands Māori or Tahitian language, Tahitian. His voyage to New Zealand ensured that the land was known to the Polynesians, and he would therefore be responsible for the genesis of the Māori people. Pesnya goda (russian: Песня года), meaning Song of the Year, is an annual Russian music gala and former Soviet televised music festival. First held in 1971, it became the main event of the year for Soviet singers and musical groups. Pesnya goda is traditionally recorded in December and aired on television in early January, as part of the New Year's festivities.
