Melody Club
Melody Club is a Swedish band from Växjö formed in January 2000. Their breakthrough came in 2002 with the song ''Palace Station'', which was also a big success in Germany. The band has frequent radio airplay in Sweden, Germany, Japan, Norway and Denmark. Melody Club's style can be described as a blend of synthpop and glam rock. The single "Fever Fever" is included on the soundtrack of the football video game by EA Sports, ''FIFA 08''. On 22 April 2009, they released their fifth and first self-produced album, "Goodbye to Romance". Kamran Sabahi ( fa, کامران صباحی; born 9 April 1978), known professionally as Cameron Cartio, is an Iranian-born Swedish pop singer. Being signed to Sony Music, he released his debut album ''Borderless'' in 2005. Cameron having been signed earlier to Taraneh Records and Sherfa Music is now signed to Avang Music and has a publishing deal with Universal Music Group Scandinavia and is working on his new songs. Alec Cartio is an Iranian-Swedish-American music video, automotive commercial and film director. He is best known for his work, which modernized the Iranian Music Video industry. Career Beginnings Alec Cartio was born in Tehran, Iran to Iranian parents on 14 September 1976. Jenny Marielle Pettersson (born 5 November 1975, Helsingborg, Sweden), professionally known as Velvet, is a Swedish dance-pop singer. She has released two albums since her 2005 debut in the music industry and her first eight singles have all achieved a top-twenty peak on the Swedish Singles Chart. Early life Velvet moved from Helsingborg to Stockholm in 1993 to study ballet at Balettakademien. She soon took singing lessons at a dance school where she "got a voice". She worked at Wallmans cabaret where she discovered that singing was what she really wanted to do.
