Charles Booker (born October 20, 1984) is an American politician from the commonwealth of Kentucky. James P. Gray II (born August 18, 1953) is an American politician who is the Kentucky Secretary of Transportation in the administration of Governor Andy Beshear. He is the former mayor of Lexington, Kentucky (Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government) from 2011 to 2019.
