Eladio Carlos Fernández Guillermo (born 25 April 1986 in Madrid, Spain), known as Eladio, is a Spanish professional goalkeeper. Club career Eladio started his senior career in the Spanish Segunda División B with Logroñés CF. He played also in the reserves team of Real Zaragoza, and with AD Alcorcón in the season of the stunning 4-0 defeat of giant Real Madrid in the 2009–10 King's Cup. Eladio would promote to the Spanish Segunda División with AD Alcorcón this year. In 2011, he joined Badajoz, which he would soon leave due to the club's financial troubles. Eladio Y. Rodriguez (born April 4, 1979) is a professional baseball player. Rodriguez formerly went under the aliases of Iván Rodríguez and Carlos Aleman. Career Rodriguez was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Boston Red Sox in 1998. In 2001, he batted .356 for the Gulf Coast League Red Sox, and .307 for the Lowell Spinners of the New York–Penn League (NYPL). In 2003, he batted .223 for the A+ Sarasota Red Sox of the Florida State League, splitting his time between the outfield and catcher. Used as an outfielder and a catcher in the past, Rodriguez was converted to a pitcher in 2004, and struck out 41 batters in 41 innings in the NYPL and Florida State League. Eladio Alberto Rojas Díaz (8 November 1934, in Tierra Amarilla, Chile – 13 January 1991, in Viña del Mar, Chile) was a former Chilean footballer who played as a midfielder for Everton and Colo-Colo of Chile, River Plate of Argentina, and the Chile national football team in the 1962 FIFA World Cup on home soil. Rojas scored the match winning goal for Chile in the 90th minute against Yugoslavia in the 1962 World Cup; his goal secured a third place finish for the World Cup hosts, which is Chile's best finish in the tournament to date. Rojas was also a starter on the River Plate teams of the 1960s that fiercely contested the Argentine Primera División title. Eladio Loizaga Caballero (born 17 March 1949) is a Paraguayan lawyer and diplomat. Biography Loizaga studied law at the Universidad Nacional de Asunción, where he graduated in 1973; he devoted himself to the areas of International Law, Civil Law, International Trade and Intellectual Property. He worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; he was one of the local promoters of the World Anti Communist League. From 1989 to 1992, he served as Cabinet Head of Staff for Gral. Andrés Rodríguez Pedotti. He also served as legislator and Paraguayan Representative to the United Nations and WTO. Eladio Martínez was born in Paraguarí, Paraguay, on May 19, 1912, son of Lorenzo Martínez and Nicolasa Benítez. He belonged to a family of musicians. His father was a bandleader of a group formed entirely by his relatives in Villarrica.
