''El Grand Prix del verano'' () is a Spanish prime-time television summer competition between small towns created by Francesco Boserman and produced by Europroducciones. It was broadcast on La 1 (Spanish TV channel), La Primera Cadena of Televisión Española (TVE) nationwide for eleven seasons from 1995 to 2005, and on some regional broadcasters of the FORTA, Federation of Regional Organizations of Radio and Television (FORTA) in their respective regions for three seasons from 2007 to 2009. In summer 2023, TVE resumed the program for one more season, and, due to the good reception, it was confirmed for the summer of 2024. With the same premise as French television show ''Intervilles'', it features mixed teams representing small towns in Spain competing in a series of games –usually funny physical games played in outlandish costumes, though none-the-less technically difficult, but also general knowledge games where mayors and celebrity godparents are put to the test–, some of ...

RTVE Play (often stylized as rtve play) is the over-the-top media service provided by the Spanish public broadcaster RTVE. It was launched in Spain on 22 June 2021, replacing the old catalogue 'RTVE a la carta', created in turn in 2008. Alfacar
Alfacar is a historic town approximately from the city of Granada, in the autonomous Spanish region of Andalucia. In the 2005 census, INE reported its population as 5107 inhabitants. The town is on the edge of the Sierra de Huétor Natural Park and is in a region of intensive olive production. The town is above sea level, but the local fossil record contains marine molluscs that show the profound geological forces that have shaped the region. The area has been occupied by humans since prehistory. A very important neolithic site - la Barranca de Las Majolicas - is within the town, and human remains, decorated ceramics, and bone tools and ornaments have been found there. Between 711 and 1492, most of Spain was governed by a series of Muslim dynasties and monarchs.
