Enrique Carreras
Enrique Carreras (6 January 1925 – 29 August 1995) was a Peruvian-born Argentine film director, screenwriter and film producer, and was one of the most prolific film directors in the history of the Cinema of Argentina. Born in Lima, Peru, Carreras directed nearly 100 films in his 40-year career between 1951 and 1991. His 1964 film ''The Escaped'' was seen at the 14th Berlin International Film Festival. His 1977 film '' Crazy Women'' was entered into the 10th Moscow International Film Festival. He died in Buenos Aires in 1995. Ramón Bautista Ortega (; born February 28, 1941) is an Argentine singer and actor, better known as Palito Ortega (). Ortega is an icon of Argentine popular music, and is considered one of the main representatives of the musical style called New wave that marked the Hispanic-American music between the years '60 and '70. He reached international fame, particularly in Latin America and Spain, during the 1960s, when the rock en español style of rock and roll music was popularized among teenagers in the region. Ana María Francisca Adinolfi ( stage name, Violeta Rivas; 4 October 1937 – 23 June 2018) was an Argentine singer and actress, known for participating in the music program ''El Club del Clan'', along with Palito Ortega, Raúl Lavié, Johnny Tedesco and Chico Novarro. Biography Rivas was born in Chivilcoy, Buenos Aires Province, in 1937. At the age of five, she participated in a contest in Chivilcoy singing the songs of Clavito Chino and Los Gitanos. A year later, she was chosen by her school to sing in the choir of the Postal Savings Bank. She subsequently studied lyrical singing. Rivas married Néstor Fabián and they had a daughter. In 1960, she became contracted for four months to perform in Buenos Aires. The director, Ricardo Mejía, gave her the stage name Violeta Rivas. Leticia Noemí De León (stage name, Cachita Galán; 1943 in Buenos Aires – 2 December 2004, in Parque Patricios) was an Argentine singer. She is remembered for her vocal interpretations at the Club del Clan, and for her performance in the 1964 film ''El Club del clan''. Early years and education Galan studied classical dance from an early age and made a career as a dancer during her childhood. She also loved sports, especially swimming.
