Lito & Polaco
Lito & Polaco were a Puerto Rican hip hop duo from Carolina, Puerto Rico. Musical careers Lito y Polaco were discovered in the early 1990s by Spanish Hip Hop and Reggaeton pioneer DJ Eric Industry. They formed part of the hip hop/reggaeton group "La Industria" alongside MC Ceja, Jackie, TNT, Prieto Valdez and others. In 1998 Lito y Polaco became increasingly frustrated with their lack of pay and focus from DJ Eric being part of La Industria ( MC Ceja and Big Boy were DJ Eric's prime artists at the time), thus they decided to leave and form their famous duo, eventually signing with Pina Records in 1999. There was much hype surrounding Lito y Polaco's signing with the Pina Records record label especially because of the company's top star Don Chezina bringing a high-profile to the imprint. Immediately, the duo made a huge impact in the underground scene of Spanish Hip Hop and Reggaeton with hit singles such as "Jenga Jenga", "In The Deadline", "Sucesos", "Maniatica Sexual" and "M ...

Divino
Daniel Velázquez (born August 7, 1977), better known by his stage name Divino, is an American reggaeton singer. Career Divino began his career at the age of fifteen, when his family moved from The Bronx, New York, to Ponce, Puerto Rico, while working a day job as an assistant in a juvenile institution. His brother, K2 Young, had made in-roads in the reggaetón genre as a member of DJ Playero's crew. He was friends with Baby Ranks, with whom he often performed. Divino decided that it was his brother's fate to conquer the genre, while his own musical aspirations faded to the background. In 1999, Divino's brother was killed, only one day after celebrating his 21st birthday. Baby Ranks then asked Divino to join him on a track he was recording for the production ''Darwins The Music II''. Later, they joined forces again for the hit Quiero Esa Nena from DJ Nelsons ''The Flow: Sweet Dreams''. Impressed by Divino's voice and his unique songwriting abilities, other artists began requ ...

Sir Speedy (born Juan Antonio Ortiz Garcia) is a Puerto Rican reggaeton musician. In 2005, he released a remix of the single " Siéntelo" ("Feel It") which was originally recorded for the 2001 various artists compilation, ''Sandunguero'' by DJ Blass. The remix featured Lumidee and hit the top 10 in Belgium, Finland, France, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. ''Billboard'' called it "the first international reggaetón hit". ''PopMatters'' critic Matt Cibula described Speedy as "charismatic and spunky", and said that despite its sometimes confusing lyrics and Speedy's "thin" voice, Speedy's 2005 album ''Nueva Generación'' was possibly the best reggaeton album of the year and "an excellent example of what intelligent and sophisticated but unpretentious pop music can do when it wants to."Matt Cibula"¡Unpretentiousidad!" ''PopMatters'', September 10, 2005. Other artists he has worked with include Plan B, Daddy Yankee and Lito & Polaco. Speedy is currently working on new mixtapes for ...
