El Camino High School (South San Francisco, California)
El Camino High School (known locally as "El Camino", "elco", or "ECHS") is a four-year American public high school in South San Francisco, California. It is located directly across from the South San Francisco BART Station. It is part of the South San Francisco Unified School District (SSFUSD). El Camino High School has received accreditation from KYLD 94.9 as the San Francisco Bay Area's "Most Spirited School In The Bay" in 2009 and 2011. Campus El Camino High School is situated on a foothill of the San Bruno Mountain and consists of five different levels. The first level consists of a theater and a parking lot which, in 2012, was updated to contain a wide solar panel array, and a two-floor Science Building which opened in April 2014. Death Angel
Death Angel is an American thrash metal band from Daly City, California, initially active from 1982 to 1991 and again since 2001. Death Angel has released nine studio albums, two demo tapes, one box set and three live albums. The band has gone through several line-up changes, leaving guitarist Rob Cavestany as the only constant member; he and vocalist Mark Osegueda (who joined the group in 1984) are the only members of Death Angel to appear on all of their studio albums. Barry McGee (born 1966) is an American contemporary artist. He is a well known graffiti artist, and a pioneer of the Mission School art movement. McGee is known by his monikers: Twist, Ray Fong, Bernon Vernon, and P.Kin. Life and education Barry McGee was born in 1966 in San Francisco, California. He is of Chinese and Irish descent. His father worked at an auto body repair shop. McGee graduated from El Camino High School in South San Francisco, California. Walter William Harris (born November 9, 1946) is a former American football player and coach. Harris served as the head football coach at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California from 1989 to 1991, the University of Pittsburgh from 1997 to 2004, and at Stanford University from 2005 to 2006, compiling a career college football record of 69–85. Richard Albert Bordi (born April 18, 1959) is a former Major League Baseball relief pitcher who played from to . Ken Bastida
Ken Bastida (born December 30, 1956) is a former broadcast journalist who most recently anchored at KPIX-TV, the CBS station in San Francisco. Bastida holds a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communication Arts from San Francisco State University and was inducted into the university's Hall of Fame in May 2008. Bastida began his career as a Bay Area radio host in 1978. Since then, he held on-air positions at numerous Bay Area radio stations, including KFRC, KGO, KMEL, K101, KFYI and KCBS. For a time, Bastida hosted ''Landscape Smart'', a landscaping show on HGTV.
