Egon Milder (22 April 1942 – 18 October 1975) was a German association football, footballer who played as a defender (association football), defender or midfielder. 1963–64 Regionalliga
The 1963–64 Regionalliga was the inaugural Regionalliga season. The league operated in five regional divisions, Berlin, North, South, Southwest and West. The five league champions and the runners-up from the west, south, southwest and north then entered a promotion play-off to determine the two clubs to move up to the Bundesliga for the next season. Southwest champions Borussia Neunkirchen and northern runners-up Hannover 96 were promoted. The Regionalliga () is the fourth tier in the German football league system. Until 1974, it was the second tier in Germany. In 1994, it was introduced as the third tier. Upon the creation of the new nationwide 3. Liga in 2008, it became the fourth tier.
