Efthymis Filippou
Efthymis Filippou ( gr, Ευθύμης Φιλίππου, ; born 18 January 1977) is a Greek screenwriter, known for his collaborations with Yorgos Lanthimos. He was the winner of the Golden Osella Award for Best Screenplay at the 68th Venice International Film Festival in 2011, which he shared with Yorgos Lanthimos. In 2016, he was invited from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to become a member. Acharnes
Acharnes ( el, Αχαρνές, , before 1915: Μενίδι Menidi, ) is a northwestern suburb of Athens, Attica, Greece. With 106,943 inhabitants (2011 census), it is the most populous municipality in East Attica. It is part of the Athens Urban area. The Grand Prix is an annual award presented by the Belgian Film Critics Association (french: Union de la critique de cinéma, UCC). It was introduced in 1954 by the organizing committee to honor the film of the year "that contributed the most to the enrichment and influence of film, cinema". The Jury Prize (french: Prix du Jury) is an award of the Cannes Film Festival bestowed by the jury of the festival on one of the competing feature films.
