Edward W. Townsend
Edward Waterman Townsend (February 10, 1855 – March 15, 1942) was an American Democratic Party (United States), Democratic Party politician who represented New Jersey's New Jersey's 7th congressional district, 7th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from 1911 to 1913, and the New Jersey's 10th congressional district, 10th district from 1913 to 1915, after redistricting following the United States Census, 1910.
