Edvaldo Alves De Santa Rosa
Edvaldo Alves de Santa Rosa (March 16, 1934 – September 17, 2002), better known as Dida, was a Brazilian football (soccer), football player. Following his retirement, he remained with Flamengo, working for two decades with the club's youth teams. On September 17, 2002, he died of cancer in a Rio de Janeiro hospital, at the age of 68. Dida is the 2nd high scorer in Flamengo's history with 244 goals. He was capped six times for his country, including the 1958 FIFA World Cup, World Cup, scoring four goals. Edvaldo Oliveira (born 18 November 1963) is a Brazilian former professional tennis player. Biography A right-handed player from São Paulo, Oliveira represented Brazil in a 1982 Davis Cup tie against Ecuador in Fortaleza. He played the opening singles rubber and was beaten by Ricardo Ycaza. Oliveira reached a best singles ranking of 208 in the world during his career. He featured in the qualifying draw for the 1983 Wimbledon Championships. Edvaldo Valério Silva Filho (born April 20, 1978, in Salvador, Bahia) is a freestyle swimming, freestyle swimmer from Brazil. He competed for his native country at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. There, he was a member of the men's relay team that won the bronze medal in the 4×100-metre freestyle in Sydney, Australia, alongside Fernando Scherer, Gustavo Borges, and Carlos Jayme. He began his career in the pools of Salvador, where remained for many years. He was several times Brazilian champion in 50-metre, 100-metre and 200-metre freestyle.
