Eduardo Deboni
Eduardo Deboni (born 24 September 1981 in Erechim) is a Brazilian competitive swimmer. Integrated the Brazilian national delegation in 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China, as a reserve. He was at the 2007 World Aquatics Championships, in Melbourne where he helped the 4×100-metre freestyle relay of Brazil to qualify for the final. At the 2007 Pan American Games, in Rio de Janeiro, he won a gold medal in the 4×100-metre freestyle (beating the South American and Pan American records, with a time of 3:15.90, along with Fernando Silva, Nicolas Oliveira and César Cielo), silver in the 4×100-metre medley (by having participated in heats) and 4th place in the 100-metre freestyle. Erechim
Erechim is a Brazilian municipality located in the southern state of Rio Grande do Sul. A regional center in the northern portion of the state, it is the second most populous city in the region with 106,633 inhabitants, second only to the city of Passo Fundo. The municipality ranks 17th in total gross domestic product in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Erechim was one of the first planned modern cities in Brazil. City planners were inspired by urban concepts used in the design of Washington, D.C. (1791) and Paris (1850). Lucas Salatta
Lucas VinÃcius Yokoo Salatta (born 27 April 1987 in São Paulo) is a Brazilian backstroke swimmer. At his 1998 state championship, Salatta set two age records in the 100m freestyle (1:04.50) and 100m butterfly (1:09.30) with only 11 years old. He is nicknamed the "New Ricardo Prado", after breaking one of Prado's Brazilian Records in 2002. At the 2002 South American Games, he won three gold medals in the 200-metre individual medley, 400-metre individual medley and 4 × 100 m freestyle. Salatta was at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, where he finished 19th place in the 400-metre individual medley.
