Eduard Fernández
Eduard Fernández Serrano (born 25 August 1964) is a Spanish screen and stage actor. He is the recipient of numerous accolades, including three Goya Awards and four Gaudí Awards. Biography Eduard Fernández was born in Barcelona on 25 August 1964. He trained as a mime artist at the Barcelona's Institut del Teatre, and did street performances as such. He had a 25-year relationship with writer , with whom he had one daughter, Greta, who is also an actress. Following a theatre (he was a member of ) and television career, he made his feature film debut at age 30, in 1994 film ''Souvenir''. 14th Gaudí Awards
The 14th Gaudí Awards, organised by the Catalan Film Academy, will be presented at the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya, MNAC's Oval Room in Barcelona on 6 March 2022. History The nominations were read by Francesc Orella and María Molins at Casa Milà, La Pedrera's auditorium on 25 January 2022. ''Outlaws (2021 film), Outlaws'' grossed the highest number of nominations, 13. Only one film (''Mironins'') was nominated in the animation category, thus securing the award. ''Sound of the Sea'' (Spanish: ''Son de Mar'') is a 2001 Spanish drama / erotic film directed by Juan José Bigas Luna based on the novel of the same title by Manuel Vicent. It revolves around Ulises (Jordi Mollà), who comes to a fishing village to teach literature at a local high school. During his stay he falls in love with Martina (Leonor Watling), the daughter of his landlord. ''El Mundo'' (; ), before ''El Mundo del Siglo Veintiuno'', is the second largest printed daily newspaper in Spain. Jesús (de) Galíndez Suárez (October 12, 1915 – disappeared March 12, 1956) was a Spanish politician, writer and Columbia University international law professor of Basque nationalist ideology who disappeared in New York City. He was allegedly kidnapped and murdered by intelligence operatives of the Servicio de Inteligencia Militar, based on a direct order from Rafael Trujillo, the caudillo of the Dominican Republic. Early life Galíndez was born in Madrid or Amurrio, Alava, and, as a Basque Nationalist Party member, took part on the Republican side in the Spanish Civil War. In 1939 he fled to Ciudad Trujillo, now Santo Domingo, where he lectured and represented the Basque government as a delegate.
