Edo Šen (born Edo Schön; 1877–1949) was a Croatian Jewish architect notable for creating the foundation of the modern Croatian architecture. Early life Šen was born in Zagreb on 10 March 1877. After high school graduation in 1894, he went to Vienna, Austria where he studied at the Vienna University of Technology. Šen graduated in 1900. After graduation, he worked in the studio of Slovenian architect Max Fabiani. Career In 1901 Šen returned to Zagreb and started to work as a servant in the City council Civil engineering office. There he led technical tasks related to building and construction control. In 1905 Šen co-founded the Croatian architects club (''Klub hrvatskih arhitekta''). Edo Ronchi (born 31 May 1950) is an Italian engineer and politician. He served as minister of environment and protection of land and sea from 1996 to 2000 in three different cabinets. He was the first Green politician to hold a cabinet post in Italy. Early life and education Ronchi was born in Treviglio on 31 May 1950. He holds an electrical engineering degree from the Politecnico di Milano. Career and activities Ronchi had a revolutionary communist political leaning. Edo Jesualdo Belli (1918 – August 26, 2003) was an American modernist architect based in Chicago. Biography Belli was born on Chicago's North Side and attended Lane Technical College Prep High School, Lane Technical High School. He apprenticed with the Henry K. Holsman, Holsman & Holsman firm while attending the Armour Institute of Technology in the evenings. He graduated in 1939. Belli also worked for Perkins and Will, briefly for Graham, Anderson, Probst & White, and served in Guam as a member of the United States Navy Construction Battalion (the Seabees) during World War II. Joined by his brother Anthony, early in his career Belli formed a lasting relationship with Chicago Archbishop Samuel Stritch, and won commissions for many churches and schools in the growing archdiocese. Edo Joe Vanni (April 2, 1918 – April 30, 2007) was an American player, coach, manager and front office executive in minor league baseball. A lifelong resident of the Seattle area, he was called "the face of Seattle baseball" upon his death, at 89, of heart failure in Bellevue, Washington, on April 30, 2007. Edo Murić (born November 27, 1991) is a Slovenian professional basketball player who last played for Cedevita Olimpija of the Slovenian League and the ABA League.
