Edi Angelillo (born 7 September 1961) is an Italian actress, television personality and singer. She is sometimes credited as Edy Angelillo. Life and career Born Edilberta Angelillo in Venice, she is the daughter of singers and stage artists who performed with the name Franco & Regina. Angelillo studied dance, mime and acting, and at 19 years old, in 1979, she made her film debut in Maurizio Nichetti's ''Ratataplan''. The same year, Angelillo debuted on television as an assistant in Rai 1 variety show ''Domenica in'', and recorded her first single as a singer. In 1981, she acted in theatre the play La vita comincia ogni mattina, with Gino Bramieri. In 1984, after having been an assistant of Pippo Baudo at the Sanremo Music Festival, she focused her activities on stage. Eduard "Edi" Martini (born 2 January 1975) is an Albanian football manager and former player, who is the current head coach of Teuta in the Kategoria Superiore. Playing career Club During his playing career, Martini represented mostly Vllaznia Shkodër but also played abroad with Slovenian Vevce, Austrian SAK Klagenfurt and Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany. He fled war-torn Albania for Germany in 1997 after a match in Spain along with teammate Adrian Dashi. Edi Stecher
Edi Stecher is a Viennese Righteous among the Nations. He received this honorary title in 1984 for harbouring the Jewish woman Melvine Deutsch. Deutsch was in a camp of forced labors of the Siemens company in Vienna. When she was deported to the Mauthausen-Gusen concentration camp, she fled from the train and came to Vienna, where she received help from Anna Manzer. The Gestapo did not give up finding Melvine Deutsch. When she was in danger at Manzer's place, she went to her brother Edi Stecher, where she stayed several months hidden from the Gestapo. Stecher and Manzer did not have enough allotted food, after they harboured Deutsch, and received help from their parents, in whose apartment she was also brought from times to times, when the Gestapo searched the district. Edi Sinadinović ( sr-cyr, Еди Синадиновић, born April 28, 1988) is a Serbian professional basketball player who last played for Liepājas of the Latvian League. Eduard "Edi" Scholdan (1911 or 1912 — February 15, 1961) was an Austrian figure skater and figure skating coach. Personal life Scholdan was born in Vienna. He moved to the United States in 1938. In 1946, he married a figure skater, Roberta Jenks, with whom he had two children, Ruth and Jimmy, and a stepdaughter, Dixie Lee. Career Scholdan represented Austria as a competitor at the 1933 World Championships. Edi Rama (born Edvin Kristaq Rama, 4 July 1964) is an Albanian politician, painter, writer, former university lecturer, publicist and former basketball player, who has served as the 33rd and current Prime Minister of Albania since 2013 and chairman of the Socialist Party of Albania since 2005. Edi Ponoš (born 10 April 1976) is a male javelin thrower from Croatia. His personal best throw was 77.95 metres, achieved in June 2004 in Ljubljana. He won the bronze medal at the 2001 Mediterranean Games. He also competed at the 2004 Olympic Games The 2004 Summer Olympics ( el, Θερινοί Ολυμπιακοί Αγώνες 2004, ), officially the Games of the XXVIII Olympiad ( el, Αγώνες της 28ης Ολυμπιάδας, ) and also known as Athens 2004 ( el, Αθήνα 2004), ..., but without reaching the final.
