Edgar Brown Memorial Stadium
Edgar Brown Memorial Stadium is the home stadium for the Chiawana High School Riverhawks and Pasco High School Bulldogs of Pasco, Washington. The school's football, soccer and track-and-field teams play their home games at "Edgar Brown", as it is commonly called. As well as being the home of the Pasco High Bulldogs for sports and Chiawana High Riverhawks for football, the stadium is home to the Pasco Invitational, the nation's oldest high school track-and-field single-day competition, and the largest single day track-and-field competition of any kind, which is always held on the first weekend of April. Pasco ( ) is a city in, and the county seat of, Franklin County, Washington, United States. It had a population of 59,781 at the 2010 census, and 75,432 as of the July 1, 2019 Census Bureau estimate. Pasco is one of three cities (the others being Kennewick and Richland) that make up Washington state's Tri-Cities region, a mid-sized metropolitan area of approximately 296,224 people. Kennewick
Kennewick () is a city in Benton County in the U.S. state of Washington. It is located along the southwest bank of the Columbia River, just southeast of the confluence of the Columbia and Yakima rivers and across from the confluence of the Columbia and Snake rivers. It is the most populous of the three cities collectively referred to as the Tri-Cities (the others being Pasco and Richland). The population was 83,921 at the 2020 census. Hanford High School
Hanford High School is a public high school located on the northern edge of Richland, Washington. It is part of the Richland School District. The school's mascot is the falcon, and its school colors are purple and gold. The high school, built in 1972, was originally part of a K-12 complex, which included an elementary and junior high (later a middle school). Kennewick High School is a public high school located in eastern Kennewick, Washington. It was founded in 1904 to serve the educational needs of the new city of Kennewick. It is one of only a few schools to have its music department honored with the title of "Grammy Signature School". The school is part of the Kennewick School District. Blue Bridge (Washington)
The Blue Bridge (officially named the Pioneer Memorial Bridge) is a four-lane arch-truss bridge connecting Pasco, Washington to Kennewick, Washington. U.S. Route 395 crosses the Columbia River via this bridge. The name comes from the blue paint used on the truss superstructure, with white paint on the suspension beams. Pasco High School is a 9-12 public high school in Pasco, Washington. It was the only High School in Pasco until 2009 when Chiawana High School, in West Pasco, opened its doors. In 2006, the Pasco voters approved a $90 million+ bond to construct a new high school on Argent and Road 84 to ease the overcrowding of Pasco High. The new Chiawana High School, opened its doors in the fall of 2009 along Argent Road. During the time of construction, Pasco High turned Captain Gray STEM Elementary School, located at 1102 N.10th Avenue into an annex, where a majority of freshman classes were held.
