Eddie Perez is an American director, stunt coordinator and actor. He is a three-time Primetime Emmy Award winner for '' Shameless''. Life and career Eddie was born in New York City, New York. He graduated from Long Island University, had worked as a doorman in New York City, and then moved to Los Angeles to work as a personal trainer for Mickey Rourke and Anthony Michael Hall. He worked as a bodyguard for Duran Duran, Sylvester Stallone, and Sandra Bullock. Later, he studied acting with Peter Flood and stunts with Paul Stader. He was the second unit director and stunt coordinator in the films such as '' Blade'' and '' Shoot 'Em Up''. Eddie has stunt coordinated '' Shameless'' for 9 seasons. Eduardo Alberto "Eddie" Perez (born 1957) is an American politician who served as the 65th mayor of Hartford, Connecticut, from 2001 to 2010. Prior to entering politics, Perez worked as a community organizer. Perez served as the first mayor who was also the CEO of the city, a setup known as a Strong Mayor. Perez was recognized in 2001 for his willingness to challenge the entrenched Hartford political machine and form a multi-party coalition focused on reforming city government. In 2017 he pleaded guilty to receiving bribes and criminal attempt to commit larceny in the first degree by extortion, both are felonies. Eduardo Rafael Pérez (born May 4, 1968) is a Venezuelan-American former professional baseball catcher. Since 2007, he has served as a coach for the Atlanta Braves. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Braves, Cleveland Indians, and Milwaukee Brewers. During his tenure with the Braves, Pérez was notable for being the personal catcher for Baseball Hall of Fame pitcher Greg Maddux and for being named the Most Valuable Player of the 1999 National League Championship Series. Edward Anthony Perez (born June 26, 1968 in Los Angeles, California) is an American guitarist and singer. He currently tours and records with the Mavericks after a long time of being on tour with Dwight Yoakam. Perez joined the Mavericks as a member in 2003. He has also played with other notable artists such as James Intveld, Connie Smith, Jim Lauderdale, Miranda Lambert, Lee Ann Womack, Gary Allan and Kim Richey.
