Ed Fryatt
Edward George Fryatt (born 8 April 1971) is an English professional golfer. His father Jim Fryatt was a professional footballer for a number of English clubs. Fryatt was born in Rochdale. At the age of four he moved with his family to Las Vegas, Nevada, where his father was coaching. He took up golf at the age of 13, before attending University of Nevada, Las Vegas in his home town, and turning professional when he graduated in 1994. Fryatt's ex-wife Michelle was named Mrs International in 2003; they have one adopted daughter, Faith. Career Fryatt joined the Nike Tour in 1995, but after an unsuccessful first season opted to play in Asia, where he won four times in three years on the Asia Golf Circuit and the Asian Tour. In 1999, he returned to the Nike Tour, and won once on his way to earning promotion to the full PGA Tour for the first time. The Masters Tournament (usually referred to as simply The Masters, or the U.S. Masters outside North America) is one of the four major championships in professional golf. Scheduled for the first full week of April, the Masters is the first major of the year, and unlike the others, it is always held at the same location, Augusta National Golf Club, a private course in the city of Augusta, Georgia, in the southeastern United States. Benson & Hedges Malaysian Open
The Malaysian Open is a men's professional golf tournament currently played on the Asian Tour. Notable past winners include world number one golfers Vijay Singh and Lee Westwood (both players winning the event on two occasions). Other notable winners include 17-year-old Italian Matteo Manassero in 2011 as well as former Open champion Louis Oosthuizen the following year. The Indian Open, titled for sponsorship reasons as the Hero Indian Open since 2011, is the national open golf championship of India, organised by the Indian Golf Union. Founded in 1964, it was added to the Asia Golf Circuit schedule in 1970. In 1998 it became an event on the rival Omega Tour (known as the Asian Tour since 2004). Daniel Chopra
Daniel Samir Chopra (born 23 December 1973) is a Swedish professional golfer. Chopra was born in Stockholm, Sweden. He represents Sweden and his mother was Swedish, but his father was Indian and Daniel moved to India at age seven where he was raised by his grandparents. He won the All-India Junior Golf Championship at age 14. Chopra turned professional in 1992. From 1996 to 2002 he played intermittently on the European Tour, sometimes failing to retain his tour card, and in 2004 he joined the U.S.-based PGA Tour. Jim Rutledge
James Edgar Rutledge (born August 26, 1959) is a Canadian professional golfer who currently plays on the Champions Tour. Rutledge was born in Victoria, British Columbia. He won the Canadian Juvenile Championship in 1975 at the Gorge Vale Golf Club in Victoria and the Canadian Junior Championship in 1977. He turned professional in 1978. For the first 20 years of his career, Rutledge would play in Asia in the winter and in Canada for the rest of the year. He did not do this from 1988 to 1992 though. During that time Rutledge was a member of the European Tour, where his best finish on the Order of Merit came in 1990 when he finished in 55th, earning £75,274. The Indonesia Open is the national open golf championship of Indonesia, and traditionally held in the capital, Jakarta. History The Indonesia Open was founded in 1974 as an event on the Asia Golf Circuit. It remained on the circuit until the end of the 1996 season, after which it joined the rival Asian PGA's Omega Tour for the 1997 season.
