Eccentrik
The Eccentrik Festival was an annual 3-day Goth and industrial music festival held in the Raleigh, North Carolina area and had in some years been spread out between several different venues. The festival started in October 2004. Musical styles typically featured at Eccentrik included deathrock, psychobilly, gothic rock, industrial, post-punk, dark cabaret, steampunk, synthpop and other related genres. The festival was also notable for its party-like atmosphere, the pre-festival meet n' greet, art show, and a dancefloor featuring goth, deathrock, industrial, steampunk and post-punk djs from around the US. In 2008, the Eccentrik Festival went steampunk by asking some of the most well-known musicians in that genre to perform, as well as having the Davenport sisters of the weekly radio program, The Clockwork Cabaret, act as hosts for the event. The Gothsicles
The Gothsicles is an American industrial and electronic body music (EBM) band formerly based out of Chicago, Illinois before moving to Boston, Massachusetts in 2018. The group was formed in Wisconsin in 2002 by Brian "darkNES" Graupner, who handles vocals and synthesizers, and is the sole consistent member. The band has a rotating lineup of live musicians, including Matt Fanale of Caustic, Matt Slegel of Angelspit, and David Dodson of Abstinence. The band released its first LP, '' NESferatu'', in 2006. Following albums included ''Sega Lugosi's Dead'' (2009), ''Industrialites & Magic'' (2011), ''Squid Icarus'' (2014), and ''I Feel Sicle'', which was released on November 4, 2016. Ego Likeness
Ego Likeness is an American darkwave/industrial rock band from Baltimore, Maryland. They were formed in 1999 by artist Steven Archer and writer Donna Lynch. History Early work Ego Likeness began as an experimental and dark trip hop project. A demo called ''Songs from a Dead City'', recorded on a four-track and self-produced by Archer and Lynch, was released in 1999. More Machine Than Man is an American industrial rock / coldwave / goth rock band. It was formed by two musicians under the pseudonyms, Tasha Katrine and Tech (later changed to Robzilla). More Machine Than Man has independently released three full-length albums. More Machine Than Man released one EP on the label Underground Inc. and one album on Black Flames Records. From Seattle, More Machine Than Man independently released the 12 song album titled, Dark Matter in August 2012. Attrition are an English electronic music band, formed in Coventry in 1980 by Martin Bowes and Julia Niblock. The band emerged from the experimental post-punk scene of the early 1980s and, along with other groups such as Throbbing Gristle, Coil, Einstürzende Neubauten, and In the Nursery, greatly contributed to the development of industrial music in the UK. History Beginnings In 1979, Martin started a xeroxed fanzine called ''Alternative Sounds'' to document the Coventry music scene (including such notables as The Specials and Furious Apples). Anders Manga is an American recording artist best known for his self named Darkwave work and under the name Bloody Hammers. His first release was under the name "Coffin Moth" in 1997, a Deathrock music project. In 2012, Anders' song "Glamour" was featured in Season 4 Episode 04 of ''The Vampire Diaries''. In 2019, he released "The Summoning, a new album by Bloody Hammers, his heavy rock project with wife Devallia. In late 2013 he signed Bloody Hammers to Napalm Records and have since released four albums with the label.
