Yuka Ebihara (Japanese: 海老原由佳, ''Ebihara Yuka''; born 22 October 1986 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese ballet dancer. Since September 2011, she has been engaged with Warsaw’s Teatr Wielki. Since September 2013, she became a first soloist, and since January 2020 she is a principal dancer of the Polish National Ballet. Artistic career Beginnings Ebihara took up dancing as a 7-year-old in Beijing, where she lived with her family as her father had a temporary working contract. Since 1997, she had continued her training in Iwata Ballet School in Yokohama, and then 2005 in Goh Ballet Academy in Vancouver, Canada. After finishing her training in 2008, she became a soloist of Goh Ballet Youth Company. After one year of dancing with the company, she started to seek her place elsewhere. is a Fuji Television female announcer. Biography Yuka was born in Tokyo. She graduated from Tokyo Gakugei University International Secondary School and Gakushuin University Faculty of Literature, English and American culture. In April 2017, she joined Fuji Television as an announcer, joining with Koki Adake, Akiko Kuji, and Shoui Kurose. From October 2017 until March 2018, she served as MC Assistant for ''Tokudane!'' Yuki Ebihara
is a Japanese track and field athlete who competes in the javelin throw. She made her first impact as a junior in 2004 by winning the bronze medal at the Asian Junior Athletics Championships. She followed this up with a fifth place at the 2004 World Junior Championships in Athletics where she broke the national junior record with a mark of 54.44 metres. Ebihara won her first senior national title in the javelin in 2006 and was selected to represent her country at the 2006 Asian Games. At the Games in Doha she threw a personal best of 57.47 m which brought her the bronze medal behind Ma Ning and Buoban Pamang.
