''Eat This, Not That!'' (''ETNT'') is a media franchise owned and operated by co-author David Zinczenko. The original book series was developed from a column from ''Men's Health'' magazine written by David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding and since 2012, has sold over 8 million copies. The franchise now includes a website, quarterly magazine, videos, e-books and downloadable PDFs. ETNT brands itself as the "No-diet weight loss solution" and makes recommendations about food choices with the aim of improving health. David Zinczenko
David Zinczenko (born December 13, 1969) is an American publisher, author and businessman. Previously, he was the executive vice president and general manager of ''Men's Health'', ''Women's Health (magazine), Women's Health'', ''Prevention (magazine), Prevention'' and Rodale Books, the editorial director of ''Men's Fitness'' and the nutrition and wellness editor at ''ABC News''. Early life and education Zinczenko grew up in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where he attended Liberty High School (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania), Liberty High School. He attended Moravian College in Bethlehem, where he was editor-in-chief of the Moravian College student newspaper, ''The Comenian''. He later served in the U.S. Navy Reserves.
