Easy Eye Sound
Daniel Quine Auerbach (; born May 14, 1979) is an American musician, singer-songwriter, and record producer, best known as the guitarist and vocalist of The Black Keys, a blues rock band from Akron, Ohio. As a member of the group, Auerbach has recorded and co-produced eleven studio albums with his bandmate Patrick Carney. Auerbach has also released two solo albums, ''Keep It Hid'' (2009) and ''Waiting on a Song'' (2017), and formed a side project, the Arcs, which released the album ''Yours, Dreamily,'' in 2015. Auerbach owns the Easy Eye Sound recording studio in Nashville, Tennessee, as well as a record label of the same name. He has produced records by artists such as Cage the Elephant, Dr. John, Lana Del Rey, Ray LaMontagne, CeeLo Green, Hank Williams Jr and the Pretenders. The Black Keys
The Black Keys are an American rock duo formed in Akron, Ohio, in 2001. The group consists of Dan Auerbach (guitar, vocals) and Patrick Carney (drums). The duo began as an independent act, recording music in basements and self-producing their records, before they eventually emerged as one of the most popular garage rock artists during a second wave of the genre's revival in the 2000s. Cage The Elephant
Cage the Elephant is an American rock band formed in 2006 in Bowling Green, Kentucky. They moved to England, U.K. and settled in London in 2008, shortly before their self-titled first album was released. The band currently consists of Matt Shultz (vocals), his older brother Brad Shultz (rhythm guitar), Nick Bockrath (lead guitar), Matthan Minster (guitar, keyboards), Daniel Tichenor (bass), and Jared Champion (drums). Thomas DeCarlo Callaway - Burton (born May 30, 1975), known professionally as CeeLo Green (or Cee Lo Green), is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, record producer and actor. He is known for his work in hip hop and R&B, including the Gnarls Barkley single "Crazy" and his solo single " Fuck You". Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Green came to initial prominence as a member of the Southern hip hop group Goodie Mob. ''Yours, Dreamily,'' is the debut album by The Arcs, a side-project by Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys. The album was released on September 4, 2015. Recording The album originated as an Auerbach solo project but morphed into a collaborative effort, with musicians Leon Michels, Richard Swift, Homer Steinweiss, and Nick Movshon. All members of the band share songwriting credit for the album. It was recorded over two weeks at the Sound Factory in Los Angeles, Electric Lady Studios in New York, Auerbach's Easy Eye Sound in Nashville, and the Sound Mine in New York. Auerbach and Michels co-produced the album, and Tchad Blake mixed it. The Arcs are an American garage rock band formed by Dan Auerbach, the guitarist and vocalist of the Black Keys. Patrick Carney
Patrick James Carney (born April 15, 1980) is an American musician and producer best known as the drummer of the Black Keys, a blues rock band from Akron, Ohio. Early life Carney's father, Jim, is a retired reporter for the '' Akron Beacon Journal'' and a music lover whom Carney credits with introducing him to various genres. His mother, Mary Stormer, is the traffic and parking supervisor for the Akron Municipal Clerk of Courts and is a former member of the Akron Board of Education. Carney has three brothers, William, who is an Amtrak supervisor; Michael, a graphic artist who created the art for each of the Black Keys' albums until he handed over the reigns for Dropout Boogie; and Barry Stormer Jr., who is an investment banker. Robert Finley (musician)
Robert Finley (born February 13, 1954) is an American blues and soul singer-songwriter and guitarist. After decades of performing semi-professionally followed by time away from music, Finley made a comeback in 2016. He released his debut album, ''Age Don't Mean a Thing'', later in the year, which was met positively by critics. Life and career Finley was born and raised in Bernice, Louisiana, United States.
