Odditorium Or Warlords Of Mars
''Odditorium or Warlords of Mars'' is the fifth studio album by American rock band The Dandy Warhols. It was recorded from April 2004 to January 2005 in the band's own Odditorium studio, and was released on September 13, 2005, through Capitol Records; their final album before parting ways with the label. The album is a return to the psychedelic, guitar-based sound of the group's earlier records, following their foray into a new wave style with 2003's ''Welcome to the Monkey House''. The album failed to meet up to the commercial success of its predecessors and received a mixed response from music critics. Two singles were released from the album: "Smoke It" and "All the Money or the Simple Life Honey". Background and production The album's title references the novel ''The Warlord of Mars'' by Edgar Rice Burroughs as well as the band's Portland, Oregon pad The Odditorium, where the album was recorded from between April 2004 and January 2005. It was produced by Courtney Taylor ...

Air Cut
''Air Cut'' is the fourth studio album by Curved Air and was recorded in 1973, following the departure of three of the band's founding members. Only Sonja Kristina and Mike Wedgwood remained in the band from their previous album and ''Air Cut'' took them in a more rock-oriented direction. Reception While offering high praise for the track "Metamorphosis", AllMusic's reaction to the album was otherwise lukewarm, stating that most of the songs were straightforward rock numbers and "pictured a group trying to widen its audience without sounding convinced it was the right thing to do." It concluded that ''Air Cuts main point of interest is the debut of Eddie Jobson. In the years that followed, Simpson and the other members of the band, James Bourne and Matt Willis, had various musical projects and ventures. In 2013, it was announced that Bourne and Willis would be joining with the members of the band McFly to form the rock supergroup, McBusted. Barenaked Ladies Are Me
''Barenaked Ladies Are Me'' is the seventh full-length original-material studio album by Barenaked Ladies. It was their first original-material album since ''Everything to Everyone'' in 2003. It was released in September 2006 internationally. The album was also the first full-length original-material album from the band following their decision to become independent rather than re-sign with Reprise. The cover art was created by a group of artists called Team Macho. The name has been cited by the band as a double entendre for "Barenaked Ladies Army". Due to the diversity and wealth of content recorded for the album, the release of the material from the ''Are Me'' sessions became more complicated than for earlier albums. The band recorded 29 songs during the sessions but the primary physical release of ''Barenaked Ladies Are Me'' is a 13-track CD. Five months after the release of ''Are Me'', a second primary physical album, '' Barenaked Ladies Are Men'', was released, and included ...

Easy (Sugababes Song)
"Easy" is a song by British girl group Sugababes, released as the lead single from their greatest hits album '' Overloaded: The Singles Collection'' (2006). Development of "Easy" began when the American rock band Orson discovered that the Sugababes were working on the album, in which they proposed ideas for new tracks. They subsequently wrote the song with the group, and produced it. Backed by bass synthesizers, it is an uptempo electropop song that features metaphorical lyrical content containing sexual euphemisms. The song is the group's first single to feature written contributions from then-new member Amelle Berrabah, who had previously sung on re-recorded versions of three songs from the album ''Taller in More Ways'', including the singles " Red Dress" and " Follow Me Home". Critics praised the lyrics and bass synthesizer of "Easy", although some regarded the song as forgettable in comparison to the group's previous singles. The song peaked at number five on the Slovakian ...
