East Community Learning Center (East CLC), formerly known as East High School, is a public high school in Akron, Ohio. It is one of seven high schools in the Akron Public Schools. The building serves students in grades nine through twelve as well as a middle school wing for grades seven and eight. History The campus on Brittain Road opened in September 1955. The building replaced the previous home of East High School on Martha Avenue, which was rechristened as Goodyear Junior High School, later as Goodyear Middle School, and finally as the East Community Learning Center—Goodyear Campus in 2010. Salt Lake High School East or simply East High School is a public high school in the Salt Lake City School District in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. It serves grades nine through twelve in general and special education. East High School was founded in 1913 and currently has an enrolled student body of around 1,900. It is located at 840 South 1300 East in the East Bench neighborhood. The original building was completed in 1913, and the current structure was built in 1997. Sciotoville Community School
Sciotoville Community School is a charter school in Sciotoville (within the city limits of Portsmouth), Scioto County, Ohio, United States. Their mascot is the Tartans and their colors are blue and white/gray. East Gaston High School (also referred to as East Gaston or EGHS) is a public high school that is part of the Gaston County Schools district and is located in Mount Holly, North Carolina. Its attendance range covers northeastern Gaston County and includes western portions of Mount Holly, the town of Stanley and the communities of Mountain Island, Alexis, Lucia, Dallas, as well as the surrounding rural areas in Gaston County. Rockford East High School (sometimes referred to as East) is a comprehensive four year high school of Rockford Public School District 205 in Rockford, Illinois. Opened in 1940 to replace Rockford High School, East opened simultaneous to Rockford West to serve the quickly expanding population. History By 1935, the attendance in Rockford's single high school grew too large. The board of education decided it would be best to establish two new high schools on the East and West sides of the Rock River. In 1938, the school board approved $3 million in funding to build two new high schools to replace Rockford High School, with 45% of the budget funded by Works Progress Administration.
