Earthwind Moreland
Earthwind C. Moreland (born June 13, 1977) is a former National Football League (NFL) cornerback for the New England Patriots and Arena Football League cornerback and wide receiver for the Las Vegas Gladiators. He was drafted by Team Alabama of the AAFL in 2008. High school years Moreland attended Grady High School in Atlanta and was a letterman in football, basketball, and baseball. All-America
The All-America designation is an annual honor bestowed upon an amateur sports person from the United States who is considered to be one of the best amateurs in their sport. Individuals receiving this distinction are typically added to an All-America team for their sport. Some sports will have multiple All-America teams and will list the honorees as members of a first team, second team, or third team. As such, All-America teams are composed of outstanding US amateur players. Individuals falling short of qualifying for the honor may receive All-America honorable mention. The All American Football League (AAFL) was a proposed professional american football minor league. The league, which was to combine a professional pay structure with the requirement that all players be college graduates, had originally been scheduled to start in the spring of 2007, but later postponed its launch to the spring of 2008, only to cancel its 2008 season a month before kickoff and suspend its launch until the next year.
