Earth To Andy
Earth to Andy is an American alternative rock band from Charlottesville, Virginia. History Earth to Andy was founded in 1997 by members of two local bands, Red Henry (from Charlottesville) and Egypt (from Washington D.C. Earth to Andyat Allmusic The band's first release, ''Simple Machine'', was released independently and featured a cover version of The Beatles' "I Want You (She's So Heavy)". Following its release, the group signed with Giant Records and released ''Chronicle Kings'' late in 1999. The album was produced by Nick Launay and included an appearance by the bass player of Stone Temple Pilots, Robert De Leo. The group toured with Live, Stone Temple Pilots, and Jimmie's Chicken Shack in 2000. The album's lead single, "Still After You", was a rock radio hit, reaching #39 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock charts. Charlottesville, Virginia
Charlottesville, colloquially known as C'ville, is an independent city in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is the county seat of Albemarle County, which surrounds the city, though the two are separate legal entities. It is named after Queen Charlotte. At the 2020 census, the population was 46,553. Frank Robert Ballard IV (born December 16, 1982) is an American country music singer-songwriter and guitarist. He has released two albums each for Reprise Records and Warner Bros. Tonic is an American rock band, formed in 1993 by Emerson Hart and Jeff Russo. Later members have included Dan Lavery, Kevin Shepard, and Dan Rothchild. Robert Emile DeLeo (born February 2, 1966) is an American musician, songwriter and producer, best known as the bassist for rock band Stone Temple Pilots. He is part of Delta Deep and he has also played in Talk Show and Army of Anyone. He is the younger brother of Stone Temple Pilots guitarist Dean DeLeo. Train is an American pop rock band from San Francisco which was formed in 1993.
