ETO Park
ETO Park is a multi-use stadium in Győr, Hungary. It is primarily used for football and is home to Győri ETO. Opened in 2008 as a replacement for Stadion ETO, the stadium has a capacity of 15,600. The stadium complex also includes three grass practice pitches and one synthetic practice pitch, as well as two indoor pitches. History On 26 February 2011, it was announced that the sectors of the stadium will be named after 40 legendary former Győr players. On 17 October 2012, the ETO Park Hotel was opened. At the opening ceremony Zsolt Borkai, mayor of Győr and Péter Szijjártó, Hungarian MP were present. Győr
Győr ( , ; german: Raab, links=no; names of European cities in different languages: E-H#G, names in other languages) is the main city of northwest Hungary, the capital of Győr-Moson-Sopron County and Western Transdanubia, Western Transdanubia region, and – halfway between Budapest and Vienna – situated on one of the important roads of Central Europe. The 2016–17 Nemzeti Bajnokság III is Hungary's third-level football competition. Three teams were relegated including Szigetszentmiklós, Dunaújváros PASE, and Ajka from the 2015–16 Nemzeti Bajnokság II. 2015–16 Nemzeti Bajnokság III ...
The 2015–16 Nemzeti Bajnokság III was Hungary's third-level football competition. The championship was won by Ferencvárosi TC II, Kozármisleny SE, and Nyíregyháza Spartacus FC. However, Ferencvárosi TC II could not promote to the 2016–17 Nemzeti Bajnokság II since reserve teams can only play in the Nemzeti Bajnokság III. Therefore, the second best team, Mosonmagyaróvári TE were promoted to the Nemzeti Bajnokság II. The 2008–09 Nemzeti Bajnokság I, also known as NB I, was the 107th season of top-tier football in Hungary. The league was officially named ''Soproni Liga'' for sponsoring reasons. The season started on 25 July 2008 with Kaposvári Rákóczi FC beating the defending champions MTK Budapest by 3–1. The last games were played on 30 May 2009. Promotion and relegation FC Sopron withdrew their participation in the winter break of last year's season after they declared bankruptcy. The team was put into last place and got all points deducted. The remaining relegation spot was earned by FC Tatabánya, who finished the season with a mere 10 points. Promotion to the league was granted to the champions of the two NB II divisions.
