Exposed (Vince Neil Album)
''Exposed'' is the debut solo album of Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil following his exit from the band in 1992. It was released in 1993 and reached No. 13 on the US ''Billboard'' 200 chart. The album was recorded at the Record Plant in Los Angeles in 1992. Neil titled the album ''Exposed'' because he thought of the album as his moment in the spotlight, no longer being a member of Mötley Crüe. Neil's manager, Bruce Bird, died of a brain aneurysm during the recording. Neil later hired Burt Stein. Background Vince Neil, together with then manager Bruce Bird and Jack Blades, originally approached long time friend and ex- Ozzy bassist Phil Soussan to help him write the album and put a band together. Vince Neil
Vincent Neil Wharton (born February 8, 1961) is an American musician. He is the lead vocalist of heavy metal music, heavy metal band Mötley Crüe, which he fronted from their 1981 formation until his departure in 1992. Neil reunited with the band in 1996 and continued with them until the band's 2015 retirement, and again from the band's 2018 reunion onwards. Outside of Mötley Crüe, Neil has also released three studio albums as a solo artist – the most recent of which, ''Tattoos & Tequila'', was released in 2010. Beggars & Thieves
Beggars & Thieves is a hard rock band formed in 1989 in New York City, in the tail end of the glam metal era. It was originally formed by Louie Merlino on vocals and Ron Mancuso on guitars, and featured bassist Phil Soussan, who had played for Ozzy Osbourne, and drummer Bobby Borg, who later played for Warrant. Joseph Kim Mitchell (born July 10, 1952) is a Canadian rock musician. He was the lead singer and guitarist for the band Max Webster before going on to a solo career. His 1984 single, " Go for Soda", was his only charted song on the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100, reaching number 86. Several other singles such as " Patio Lanterns", "Rock and Roll Duty", and "Rockland Wonderland", reached the top 20 in Canada. The Roxy Theatre (often just the Roxy) is a nightclub on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California, owned by Lou Adler and his son, Nic. Dave Marshall is an American guitarist who has performed with Pair-A-Dice, Fiona, Vince Neil, Slaughter, and Michael Jackson. He was a member of the Nashville-based band Scrap Metal, with Mark Slaughter, Kelly Keagy, and Nelson. Robbie Crane
Robert Crane (born January 5, 1969) is an American musician who is the current bass guitarist of hard rock band Black Star Riders. He has also been a member of Ricky Warwick's band The Fighting Hearts. He was previously the bassist with the band Ratt. Steve Stevens (born Steven Bruce Schneider; May 5, 1959) is an American guitarist. He is best known as Billy Idol's guitarist and songwriting collaborator, and for his lead guitar work on the theme to ''Top Gun'' – " Top Gun Anthem" – for which he won a Grammy in 1987: Best Pop Instrumental Performance.
