Eugen Ciucă
Eugen Ciucă (; 27 February 1913 – 26 September 2005) was a Romanian-American artist known for his monumental sculptures, vivid paintings and drawings of delicate feminine figures. He spent the most successful years of his career in Italy, where he created many works inspired by the ''Divine Comedy'' and its author Dante Alighieri. Ciucă's art has been displayed in nearly 100 exhibitions across Europe and the United States. Hida ( hu, Hidalmás; yi, הידאלמאש, translit=Hidalmash) is a Commune in Romania, commune located in Sălaj County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of eight villages: Baica (''Bányika''), Hida, Miluani (''Milvány''), Păduriș (''Tyikló''), Racâș (''Almásrákos''), Sânpetru Almașului (''Füzesszentpéter''), Stupini (''Füzes'') and Trestia (''Komlósújfalu''). Miluani The village of Miluani had 112 inhabitants in 2002 and is famous for its grain and sunflower production. The settlement was first mentioned in Hungarian documents in 1320 as ''Miluad''. King Michael I Park ( ro, Parcul "Regele Mihai I"), formerly Herăstrău Park ( ro, Parcul Herăstrău), is a large park on the northern side of Bucharest, Romania, around Lake Herăstrău, one of the lakes formed by the Colentina River. Geography The park has an area of about 187 ha, of which 74 ha is the lake. Initially, the area was full of marshes, but these were drained between 1930 and 1935, and the park was opened in 1936.
