Engineer in Chief or ENC is the chief engineer of Bangladesh Army. He is head of the Military Engineering Service. Engineer in Chief is also a Colonel Commandant of the Bangladesh Army Corps of Engineers. Md Jubayer Salehin SUP, ndu, psc is a Major General of the Bangladesh Army and incumbent Adjutant General at Army Headquarter. Prior to join AG, he was Engineer-in-Chief at the Bangladesh Army. Mustafizur Rahman (20 January 1941 – 3 August 2008) was a Bangladeshi Army general who served as the Chief of Army Staff of the Bangladesh Army from December 1997 until 23 December 2000. Early life Rahman was born in Rangpur, East Pakistan. He was a cousin-in-law of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman since he married Mujib's cousin, and was an uncle of Sheikh Hasina.
