Endless is a British private equity firm. It is headquartered at 3 Whitehall Quay, Leeds, with an office at 102 Park Street, London W1. In 2017, Endless bought Jones Bootmaker, saving 840 jobs according to BBC. Endless has also invested in West Cornwall Pasty Company, Crown Paints, and Theo Fennell. In April 2006, the firm acquired GlynWebb, which it sold on four months later. In March 2011, Endless acquired T. J. Hughes for an undisclosed sum. In July 2017, the firm bought the luggage company Antler Luggage from fellow private equity firm Lloyds Development Capital (LDC). Frank Cohen
Frank Cohen (born 15 October 1943) is a British businessman and art collector. He is frequently referred to as "the Saatchi of the North", in reference to the more famous art dealer Charles Saatchi. He was born and raised in Manchester, where he worked in market stalls before building up the ‘Home Improvement Company’ and then ‘GlynWebb Home Improvement Stores’, a large chain of Do It Yourself (DIY) stores in the north of the United Kingdom. Cohen began collecting art in the 1970s and, upon selling his business in 1997, it became his full-time occupation. As a legal concept, administration is a procedure under the insolvency laws of a number of common law jurisdictions, similar to bankruptcy in the United States. Alister Theodore Fennell (born 1951) is a British jewellery and silverware designer. Early life Fennell was born in 1951 in Egypt. He is the son of Major Alister Ivor Fennell, and his wife, Beryl Ruth Verity Fennell (''née'' Frith). The son of an army family, he spent his early years all over the world. He was educated at Eton, and then York College of Art, followed by the Byam Shaw School of Art, now part of the University of the Arts London.
