''Encyclopedia of History of Ukraine'' ( uk, Енциклопедія історії України, ЕІУ) is an illustrated encyclopedia on history of Ukraine in 10 volumes. It was published in Ukrainian language in 2003–2013 and 2019Ihor Syundyukov. Ukraine and Ukrainians: Eternal search (Україна та українцi: Вiчний пошук)'. The Day (day.kyiv.ua). 27 March 2020 in Kyiv by the Naukova Dumka academic publishing house under auspices of the NASU Institute of History of Ukraine (National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine) headed by Valeriy Smoliy. History Of Ukraine

Vernadsky National Library Of Ukraine
The Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, VNLU ( uk, Національна бібліотека України імені В.І. Вернадського) is the main academic library and main scientific information centre in Ukraine, one of the world's largest national libraries. Its main building is located in the capital of the country – Kyiv, in the Demiivka neighborhood. The library contains about 15 million items. The library has the most complete collection of Slavic writing, archives of outstanding world and Ukrainian scientists and cultural persons. Ukrainian Soviet Encyclopedia
The ''Ukrainian Soviet Encyclopedia'' ( uk, Українська радянська енциклопедія, ''Ukrayinska radyanska entsyklopediya'') was a multi-purpose encyclopedia of Ukraine, issued in the USSR. First attempt Following the publication of the first volume of the in Lviv, then in Poland, in 1930, the ''Ukrainian Soviet Encyclopedia'' (''USE'') was commissioned by Mykola Skrypnyk. During his chairmanship in Kharkiv the editorial board of the ''USE'' was established, enlisting the help of over 100 professionals. Printing began in early 1933, but Moscow censors decried the encyclopedia as being nationalist. Of the 20 planned volumes only three were produced. In the same year Skrypnyk committed suicide, and was succeeded by Volodymyr Zatonsky. The printed copies were destroyed, and plans for the November 1934 edition of USE dissolved. Encyclopedia Of Modern Ukraine
Encyclopedia of Modern Ukraine ( uk, Енциклопедія Сучасної України (ЕСУ), translit=Entsyklopediia Suchasnoi Ukrainy (ESU)), abbreviated EMU, is a multi-Volume (bibliography), volume national encyclopedia of Ukraine. It is an academic project of the Institute of Encyclopaedic Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Today, the reference work is available in a print edition and online. The ''EMU'' provides an integral image of modern Ukraine describing events, institutions, organizations, activities, notions and people from the early 20th century to the present. Valeriy Smoliy
Valeriy Smoliy ( uk, Валерій Андрійович Смолій) is a Ukrainian academician, historian, director of the NASU Institute of History of Ukraine. Smoliy was born on 1 January 1950 in a village Avratyn, Volochysk Raion, Kamianets-Podilskyi Oblast. In 1970 he graduate the historical faculty of the Kamianets-Podilskyi State Pedagogic Institute. After that Smoliy worked as a rural teacher in schools of Ternopil Oblast and a teacher assistant in the Nizhyn Pedagogic Institute. Since 1972 Smoliy works at the NASU Institute of History of Ukraine.
