Emely De Heus
Emely de Heus (born 10 February 2003) is a Dutch racing driver competing in the 2022 W Series. Personal life De Heus was born in Mijnsheerenland, Netherlands. Her father is Bert de Heus, a veteran amateur driver in the 24H Series endurance racing championship. Her family own and operate De Heus Tractors, based in Mijnsheerenland. De Heus is currently studying for a degree in marketing and communications at the Johan Cruyff Institute. Career Karting Emely de Heus competed in the 2019 and 2020 Rotax Max Challenge International Trophy in karting. In 2019, she secured 4 points and finished in 27th position overall. In 2020, she improved to 23rd place with 45 points. In February 2020 she won the Dutch Wintercup in Senior Karting at Berghem. That same year, she amassed 239 points in the Dutch Rotax Max Senior National Championship, finishing 4th overall. Mijnsheerenland
Mijnsheerenland is a village and a former municipality on the Hoeksche Waard island in the Dutch province of South Holland with 4,435 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2006). It is located on the shores of the ''Binnenbedijkte Maas'' (Lake Binnenmaas), about 14 km south of the city of Rotterdam, in the municipality of Hoeksche Waard. 2022 W Series Silverstone Round
The 2022 W Series was the third season of the W Series motor racing championship. The championship was exclusively open to female racing drivers as a Formula Regional-level racing series in support of the 2022 Formula One World Championship. The 2022 W Series Barcelona round was the second round of eight in the 2022 W Series, and took place at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Spain on 21st May 2022. The 2022 W Series Miami round (known for commercial reasons as W Series Miami presented by Hard Rock) was the first of seven rounds in the 2022 W Series, and took place at the Miami International Autodrome in the United States on the 7th and 8th of May 2022. Circuito de Jerez – Ángel Nieto (formerly known as Circuit of Jerez and Circuito Permanente de Jerez), is a racing circuit located close to the city of Jerez de la Frontera, south of Seville and deep within the sherry-producing region in the south of Spain. Circuit Ricardo Tormo, also known as ''Circuit de Valencia'' and officially named ''Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo'', is a motorsport race track located in Cheste (Valencian Community, Spain) and built in 1999. MotorLand Aragón (alternative Spanish name: Circuito de Alcañiz) is a race track used for motorsports located in Alcañiz, Spain. The circuit was designed by German architect Hermann Tilke in conjunction with the British architectural business Foster and Partners. Circuito de Navarra is a motorsport race track that opened in June 2010 near Los Arcos in the Navarre region of Northern Spain. The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (), frequently referred to as ''Spa'', is a motor-racing circuit located in Stavelot, Belgium. It is the current venue of the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix, hosting its first Grand Prix in 1925, and has held a Grand Prix every year since 1985 (except 2003 and 2006). Spa also hosts several other international events including the 24 Hours of Spa, the World Endurance Championship 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps.
