Eliécer Pérez
Eliécer Pérez (born October 14, 1972) is a Cuban sport shooter. He won a silver medal for the rifle three positions at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. At age thirty-four, Perez made his official debut for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where he competed for all three rifle shooting events. International Shooting Sport Federation
The International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) is the governing body of the Olympic shooting events in rifle, pistol and shotgun (clay target) disciplines, and of several non-Olympic shooting sport events.
