Ekko Records
Ekko Records was an American independent record label operating in the 1940s and 1950s from Memphis, Tennessee releasing records mostly in western swing and country music style. History Ekko was founded by Ed Bloodworth and operated from two offices, one from 4949 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, California and the head office on Union Avenue in Memphis (also home to Sun Records). Among the artists who recorded for the label were Eddie Bond, Johnny Tyler, Buddy Griffin, Riley Crabtree, and Al Dexter. Ekkofestival
The Ekkofestival, Ekko or Ekko - Bergen Electronic Music and Art Festival, is a music festival which takes place in Bergen, Norway in the fall every year. Biography Ekko mainly focus on presenting electronic music and contemporary art, where the musical expressions encompasses a multitude of genres, with electronic music as the common denominator. The festival started in 2003, and it has grown substantially since the beginning. During the years Ekko has presented over 400 artists and/or bands, and Ekko has been early in fronting many new artists. Artists like Skatebård, Jeans Team, Me At Sea, Annie, Booka Shade and Kleerup have all played at the festival, as well as established musicians like ESG, Puma, Lasse Marhaug, Biosphere, Stian Westerhus, Øystein Moen, Susanne Sundfør, and A Certain Ratio. John Stephen Sudduth (born December 17, 1984), known professionally as Mikky Ekko, is an American recording artist and record producer from Nashville, signed to Interscope Records. He is best known for writing and being featured on Rihanna's 2013 single "Stay", which charted in multiple countries, becoming Ekko's first-charting material. Phenytoin (PHT), sold under the brand name Dilantin among others, is an anti-seizure medication. It is useful for the prevention of tonic-clonic seizures (also known as grand mal seizures) and focal seizures, but not absence seizures. The intravenous form, fosphenytoin, is used for status epilepticus that does not improve with benzodiazepines. It may also be used for certain heart arrhythmias or neuropathic pain. It can be taken intravenously or by mouth. The intravenous form generally begins working within 30 minutes and is effective for roughly 24 hours. Blood levels can be measured to determine the proper dose. Common side effects include nausea, stomach pain, loss of appetite, poor coordination, increased hair growth, and enlargement of the gums.
