Orrin Hatch
Orrin Grant Hatch (March 22, 1934 – April 23, 2022) was an American attorney and politician who served as a United States senator from Utah from 1977 to 2019. Hatch's 42-year Senate tenure made him the longest-serving Republican U.S. senator in history, though Chuck Grassley is expected to surpass him in 2023. Hatch chaired the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions from 1981 to 1987. He served as chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee from 1995 to 2001 and 2003 to 2005. Madeline Stone is an American songwriter. Stone, who is Jewish, lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and specializes in Inspirational music. Stone was born in Brooklyn, and reared on Long Island. She is a graduate of Syracuse University in music education, and holds a master's degree in music therapy from Goddard College. Jeffrey Mark Goldberg (born September 22, 1965) is an American journalist and editor-in-chief of ''The Atlantic'' magazine. During his nine years at ''The Atlantic'' prior to becoming editor, Goldberg became known for his coverage of foreign affairs. Early life and education Goldberg is Jewish and was born in Brooklyn, New York, the son of Ellen and Daniel Goldberg, whom he describes as "very left-wing." Hanukkah music (or Chanukah music) ( he, שירי חנוכה) contains several songs associated with the festival of Hanukkah. Hanukkah blessings There are three Hanukkah blessings (Modern Hebrew: בְּרָכוֹת לֵחֲנֻכָּה ''Berakhot Laḥanukka'', Lit: Hanukkah blessings) that are sung for lighting the candles of the menorah.
