Egil Nyhus
Egil Nyhus (born 23 January 1962) is a Norwegian illustrator. He was born in Tønsberg as the twin brother of illustrator/writer Svein Nyhus. He took his education at the Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry from 1981 to 1985, worked as a newspaper illustrator in ''Tønsbergs Blad'' from 1986 to 1987 and ''Romerikes Blad'' from 1987. He has also illustrated children's picture books, among them several titles about ''Captain Sabertooth'' and books written by Tor Åge Bringsværd. ''Toons Mag'' is a cartoon magazine that offers a global online platform for publishing editorial cartoons, comics, caricatures, illustrations, and related news. It is a multilingual publication and organizer of an international cartoon contest and exhibitions. It was founded in 2009 by cartoonist Arifur Rahman, based in Drøbak, Norway. Founder and history In 2007, Cartoonist Arifur Rahman started drawing for a Bangladeshi satirical magazine called ''Alpin''. It was a fun supplementary publication by Prothom Alo. In ''Alpin'', one of his cartoons that made a joke about adding Mohammad to the beginning of a person's name. The cartoon culminates in a young boy introducing his cat as Mohammad Cat. Siri Dokken (born 5 July 1966) is a Norwegian illustrator. Dokken was born in Bærum, and attended the Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry. She worked for the newspaper ''Dag og Tid'' from 1994 and then for ''Dagsavisen ''Dagsavisen'' is a daily newspaper published in Oslo, Norway. David Rowe (cartoonist)
David Rowe (David Alexander Rowe), is an Australian cartoonist. He grew up in Canberra. Rowe's father worked in the Department of Foreign Affairs and his mother worked in the Prime Minister’s Department. Rowe attended the Australian National University and initially studied economics, later studying art history and then political science, then studied graphic design at Reid TAFE, finally moving to Canberra Art School. He has made cartoons on political issues for the Australian Financial Review. He had earlier worked for the Canberra Times as a cartoonist in the 1980s. Finn Graff
Finn Graff (born 25 December 1938) is a Norwegian illustrator. He was born in Wangerooge, Germany as a son of aviator Heinz Friedrich Wöhlecke (1909–1944) and translator Margit-Ruth Graff (1914–2000). He was an older brother of Jens Graff. He moved to Norway in 1946, but had lost his father to the war and lived at the orphanage Christiania Opfostringshus from 1949 to 1954. He did however take higher education, at the Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry from 1959 to 1963. In 1960 he was hired as an illustrator and political cartoonist in the newspaper ''Morgenposten''. From 1963 to 1988 he worked in ''Arbeiderbladet'' and from 1988 in ''Dagbladet''.
