The Eastern Gulf Fleet Command ( ar, الأُسْطُول الشَرقيّ) or officially Eastern Fleet (EF), is one of the regional fleets of the Saudi Arabian Navy. The Royal Saudi Navy ( ar, البَحْريَّة الْمَلكيَّة السُّعُودِيَّة, Al-Quwwat al-Bahriyah al-Arabiyah as-Su'udiyah) or Royal Saudi Naval Forces ( ar, القُوَّات البَحْريَّة الْمَلكيَّة السُّعُودِيَّة, Al-Quwwat al-Bahriyah al-Malakiyah as-Su'udiyah), is the maritime arm of the Saudi Arabian Armed Forces and one of the five service branches of the Ministry of Defense of Saudi Arabia. King Abdulaziz Naval Base
The King Abdulaziz Naval Base (Arabic: قاعدة الملك عبد العزيز البحرية) (KANB) is a naval base in Al-Sharqiyah, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. It is operated by the Saudi Arabian Navy. The base is located about southeast of Jubail and only from the shores of the Persian Gulf. It is home to the Eastern Fleet and the Royal Naval Academy. Their Navy Ratings "SK" (Storekeeper) and "YN" (Yeoman) learned basic skills in this school. RSNF's Western Province counterpart is in Jeddah. It is King Faisal Naval Base (KFNB). Jubail ( ar, الجبيل, ''Al Jubayl'') is a city in the Eastern province on the Persian Gulf coast of Saudi Arabia, with a total population of 684,531 as of 2021.
