The Eagle Rock Music Festival is an annual street festival in Eagle Rock, California, that takes place in October. Eagle Rock is a neighborhood of Northeast Los Angeles, abutting the San Rafael Hills in Los Angeles County, California. Colorado Boulevard (or Colorado Street in Glendale and Arcadia) is a major east–west street in Southern California. Dahlia (, ) is a genus of bushy, tuberous, herbaceous perennial plants native to Mexico and Central America.
