Dušan Kljajić
Dušan Kljajić (; born 12 October 1963) is a Serbian football manager and former player. Playing career After coming through the youth system at Red Star Belgrade, Kljajić played for Yugoslav Second League clubs Galenika Zemun, Maribor and OFK Kikinda, before joining OFK Beograd during the 1985–86 Yugoslav First League winter break. He later spent three seasons with Yugoslav First League side Rijeka from 1988 to 1991. Managerial career After hanging up his boots, Kljajić served as manager of several Serbian First League clubs, including Bežanija (two spells), Novi Pazar (January–March 2010), Donji Srem, Sinđelić Beograd, Budućnost Dobanovci and Radnički Sremska Mitrovica. FK Bežanija
FK Bežanija () is a football club based in Bežanija, Belgrade, Serbia. They compete in the Belgrade Inter-Municipal League, the sixth tier of the national league system. History Founded in 1921, the club changed its name several times in its early stages, being known as Soko, BSK and finally HŠK (during the Axis occupation of Yugoslavia). They adopted the new name Jedinstvo following the end of World War II in 1946, becoming a member of the Novi Sad Football Association. After competing in the Syrmia League for six years, the club joined the Belgrade Football Association in 1952. They would change their name to Bežanija ahead of the 1955–56 season. Serbian First League
The Serbian First League ( sr, Прва лига Србије / Prva liga Srbije), referred to as the Mozzart Bet First League ( sr, Моцарт Бет Прва лига / Mozzart Bet Prva liga) for sponsorship reasons, is the name for the second tier in professional Serbia's football league. The league was formed in 2005, following a reshuffle of the second tier Serbo-Montenegrin divisions. It is operated by the Football Association of Serbia. Format The league is usually formed by 16 clubs which play all against one another twice, once at home, once away. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the Football Association of Serbia completed a restructure of the league system, and in season 2020/2021 that meant 18 clubs would be competing in the Serbian First League, the number of clubs will go back to the usual 16 following the conclusion of the 2020-2021 season. 1990–91 Yugoslav First League
The 1990–91 Yugoslav First League season was the 45th season of the First Federal League ( sh, Prva savezna liga), the top level association football competition of SFR Yugoslavia, since its establishment in 1946. The title was won by Red Star Belgrade, the club's 18th in its history. It also turned out to be the last season in which teams from SR Croatia and SR Slovenia participated. In 1991, these states left Yugoslavia and created their respective leagues. Two points were awarded for a win, while the tied matches were decided by a penalty shootout with the winner getting a point. 1988–89 Yugoslav First League
The 1988–89 Yugoslav First League season was the 43rd season of the First Federal League ( sh, Prva savezna liga), the top level association football competition of SFR Yugoslavia, since its establishment in 1946. The season began on 6 August 1988 with its fall part completing on 18 December 1988. Following a two-month winter break, the season resumed on 26 February 1989 and ran until 4 June 1989. New rule: "Šajber's penalties" The season saw the introduction of a new way of awarding points when a league match ends in a draw. Two points were still being awarded for a win, while in case of a draw at the end of the ninety minutes — penalty kicks were taken and the shootout winner was awarded one point while the loser got nothing. The Yugoslav First Federal Football League ( Serbian: Прва савезна лига у фудбалу / ''Prva savezna liga u fudbalu'', hr, Prva savezna liga u nogometu, sl, Prva zvezna nogometna liga, mk, Прва сојузна лига, sq, Liga e parë federale), was the premier football league in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia (1918–1941) and Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1945–1992). 1985–86 Yugoslav First League
The 1985–86 Yugoslav First League season was marked by scandal and controversy due to allegedly wide match-fixing during the last week of fixtures. Summary After the last week was played, FK Partizan was crowned champion due to better goal difference than second-placed Red Star Belgrade. However, after weeks of public pressure and huge public outcry, on 20 June 1986, the Yugoslav FA presidency headed by Slavko Šajber decided to impose extraordinary measures that included the following: *voiding the already played week 34 matches of the 1985–86 season and ordering a replay of every single one (nine fixtures in total) *docking 6 points from each of the 12 clubs suspected of being involved in match-fixing, meaning they would start the following league season with -6 points Each club agreed to play the replay except for Partizan. FK Radnički Sremska Mitrovica () is a professional football club based in Sremska Mitrovica, Vojvodina, Serbia. FK Budućnost Dobanovci
FK Budućnost Dobanovci () is a football club based in Dobanovci, Belgrade, Serbia. They compete in the Serbian League Belgrade, the third tier of the national league system. History Founded in 1920, the club won the Serbian League Belgrade in the 2015–16 season and took promotion to the Serbian First League. They finished 10th in their first appearance in the second tier of Serbian football.
