Arbroath
Arbroath () or Aberbrothock ( gd, Obar Bhrothaig ) is a former royal burgh and the largest town in the council area of Angus, Scotland, with a population of 23,902. It lies on the North Sea coast some ENE of Dundee and SSW of Aberdeen. There is evidence of Iron Age settlement, but its history as a town began with the founding of Arbroath Abbey in 1178. Bobby Lammie
Bobby Lammie (born 10 February 1997) is a Scottish curler, originally from Stranraer. He currently plays second on Team Bruce Mouat. Career Juniors Lammie has been a part of the Mouat rink since 2015 when they were in juniors. Lammie was the alternate on the team at the 2015 World Junior Curling Championships, where they won a bronze medal. The following year, Lammie was promoted to third, and they won a gold medal at the 2016 World Junior Curling Championships. The following year, the team won the gold medal at the 2017 Winter Universiade. While the team was still in juniors, they won the 2015 Dumfries Challenger Series World Curling Tour event. The Scottish Junior Curling Championships takes place every year with eight men's and women's teams playing off to try to win the title and represent Scotland at the World Junior Curling Championships. Derrick Sloan
A derrick is a lifting device composed at minimum of one guyed mast, as in a gin pole, which may be articulated over a load by adjusting its guys. Most derricks have at least two components, either a guyed mast or self-supporting tower, and a boom hinged at its base to provide articulation, as in a ''stiffleg'' derrick. The most basic type of derrick is controlled by three or four lines connected to the top of the mast, which allow it both to move laterally and cant up and down. Bruce Mouat (; born 27 August 1994 in Edinburgh) is a Scottish curler. He is an Olympic silver medallist, having skipped Great Britain to a second place finish in the men's team event at the 2022 Winter Olympics. Career Mouat had a very successful junior career, winning two Scottish junior championships in 2015 and 2016.
