''Dum'' () is a 2003 Indian Hindi-language action film directed by Eeshwar Nivas and produced by Ali and Karim Morani. It is a remake of 2001 Tamil film ''Dhill''. The film stars Vivek Oberoi, Diya Mirza, Govind Namdeo and Atul Kulkarni, while Sushant Singh, Mukesh Rishi and Sheeba have supporting roles. The film's music was composed by Sandeep Chowta, under the banner of Sony Music Studios. The film released theatrically on 24 January 2003. Film director S. Dharani, who wrote and directed the original, criticised the film for straying from the source material and making changes that created significant story problems, which resulted in the film not performing well in the box office. ''Dum'' is a 2003 Indian Tamil-language action-romantic comedy film directed by A. Venkatesh and written by Puri Jagannadh. The film stars Silambarasan and Rakshitha (in her Tamil debut) while Ashish Vidyarthi and S. S. Rajendran play pivotal roles. It is the Tamil remake of 2002 Kannada film '' Appu''. Plot Satya (Silambarasan) is the son of a police constable. He gets into fights and ends up in jail where his own father gets him out on bail. While he is returning home from a party drunk, a group of college students beat him up. That is when Suchitra (Rakshitha) comes and takes him to the hospital and gives blood. She is the daughter of a police commissioner. Later, Satya falls in love with Suchitra. That leads to several problems which are faced bravely by Satya in the later part of the film. Middle Dutch is a collective name for a number of closely related West Germanic dialects whose ancestor was Old Dutch. It was spoken and written between 1150 and 1500. Until the advent of Modern Dutch after 1500 or c. 1550, there was no overarching standard language, but all dialects were mutually intelligible. During that period, a rich Medieval Dutch literature developed, which had not yet existed during Old Dutch. Pinang Kampai Airport is a domestic airport located at Dumai, a city in Riau province. It serves Dumai and surrounding areas. This airport serves flights to and from several cities and towns in Indonesia. This airport is able to serve Boeing 737 Classic. History The airport was built by Pertamina, the state oil company of Indonesia to support its operations in the Dumai area. Since the 1980s, the airport has also served charter flights for Chevron Pacific Indonesia, formerly Caltex Pacific Indonesia. These flights are served by Pertamina subsidiary Pelita Air. Since 2009, Pertamina managed the airport together with Dumai city government . After that, some commercial airlines open routes from and to Dumai, though there is only a few airlines fly to Pinang Kampai Airport, but this airport experienced more than double the number of passengers in every year. Dum pukht ( fa, دُم پخت), larhmeen, or slow oven cooking is a cooking technique associated with the Mughal Empire in which meat and vegetables are cooked over a low flame, generally in dough-sealed containers with few spices. Traditions assign its origin in pre-partition India to the reign of Nawab of Awadh Asaf-ud-Daulah (1748–97). The technique is now commonly used in other cuisines such as South Asian, Central Asian, and West Asian. Method The term etymologically derives from Persian. ''Dum'' means 'to keep food on slow fire' and ''pukht'' means 'process of cooking', thus meaning 'cooking on slow fire'.
